Call to Order: Kathy
Present: Kathy, Amy Pattee, Denise, Gary, Sabrina, Becky Absent: Amy Parker, Mary
Public Comments: None
CFWI Presentation from Donna Dostal
Secretary’s Report: Motion to approve minutes by Amy Pattee, Second by Denise, Motion passed
Financial Report: Memorial Fund -$42,457.71 LPL-$140,622.69 (no full report)
Librarian’s Report:
1. Library Card Sign up month-18 new cards, they received a Casey’s Cookie Coupon
2. Direct State Aid payment $1762.67 (usually used towards HOOPLA)
3. Food Trivia Night-3 teams
4. Library Staff Meeting-quarterly
5. 4H decorated windows for recruitment event.
6. AHSTW STEMfest-Jeremy did straw rockets, 212 kids attended
7. Book Crafting workshop had 24 people and library donated materials
8. Sensory Storytime Fieldtrip-Special Ed group & paras (11 participants) ongoing monthly through the school year.
9. Halloween Activities-will have candy/photostation/craft/zombie musical chairs-Firehall is doing a fundraiser with food.

League of Human Dignity – 2nd Monday 1-3:00

Old Business:
1. Strategic Plan comments
4. City Budget Amendment-hasn’t yet happened (Tyler last day 11/19)
5. Library Landscaping-haven’t heard from Mike yet.
New Business:
1. Sign bills & hours- motion to approve by Gary, Amy Pattee 2nd, motion passed
2. Gifts & Memorials - $100-Megan Hansen
3. Apollo software trial-Sabrina will get more info she does believe the new system will be better
4. Library Staff Salaries-tabled until next meeting. Sabrina would like to see Pam and Jeremy have more hours which would need a salary increase.
5. Memorial Fund Donor names will be added in minutes and Sabrina will add a note on our website that states Memorial contributions are public record.
6. City Council updates – Diane Stamp liaison (not present)
